  • You must report the discrepancy within 24 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear evidence of the discrepancy
  • The item must not have been traded or transferred to another account

3.3 Technical Issues

If our platform experiences technical issues that result in an unintended purchase (such as double charging), you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of the purchase
  • The duplicate or unintended transaction must be verifiable in our system

3.4 Account Compromise

If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made, you may be eligible for a refund. To qualify:

  • You must report the unauthorized activity within 24 hours of the purchase
  • You must file a report with the appropriate authorities
  • You must provide evidence that your account was compromised

4. Refund Exclusions

  • You claim to have made the purchase by accident (except in cases of verifiable platform technical errors)
  • You no longer want or need the digital item
  • The market value of the item has changed since your purchase

  • You have already traded or transferred the item to another account

  • The refund request is made more than 48 hours after delivery

5.1 How to Request a Refund

5.3 Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • For payment card transactions: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • For cryptocurrency payments: Refunds will be processed to the wallet address provided within 5-10 business days
  • For payments made through third-party payment processors: Refunds will be processed according to the processor's policies, typically within 5-15 business days

Please note that your financial institution's policies may affect when the refunded amount appears in your account.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • There was a minor discrepancy in the delivered item that doesn't significantly affect its value or use
  • The item was delivered but with a delay that caused inconvenience

7. Store Credit Alternative

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit:

  • Will be added to your CS Gaming Hub account

  • Does not expire
  • Cannot be transferred to another user or converted to cash
